Cancellation / Late Attendance Policy
24 Hours notice is required in the event of cancelling an appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
If appointments are attended late by the client, the session will still end at the pre-agreed time, ie. it will be shorter in length and will not over run to make up for the late arrival of the client. If the SLT is late, the length of the session will be as agreed at the outset providing it is convenient for the client and the SLT.
Payment
In the case of assessments, clients will be invoiced on provision of a draft copy of the report. Once payment has been processed, the final copy of the report will be provided.
In the case of intervention sessions, client will be invoiced at the end of the month for sessions during that month. Failure to pay the invoice will result in an immediate termination of service from Autism Routemap.
In the case of products purchased, products will only be dispatched after payment has been processed.
